What this website collects
This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party fonts or scripts, and includes no advertising or social media trackers. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the contact form and send us.
That is: your name, email address, and (if you choose to give them), your organisation, role, and the content of your message, together with the enquiry type, deployment context and timeline you selected.
Why we process it
To reply to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on that conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
We do not add enquirers to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties for their own purposes.
Server logs
Our hosting produces standard technical logs, which may include IP address, request path, user agent and timestamp. These are used for security and to keep the site running, and are retained for a short period before deletion.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted within twelve months. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, records are retained for as long as that relationship requires plus any period we are obliged to keep them.
Client data
Personal data belonging to our clients’ customers, staff or patients is a separate matter and is governed by the agreement with that client. Our default working position is that such data stays inside the client’s own systems and is not transferred to us at all.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to hello@qailabs.io and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the relevant supervisory authority.

We will update this page if our practice changes, and the date of the last change will be shown here.
